Technically he never really directly killed someone who didn’t threaten his life or his family so it makes some sense. Capital punishment is only for first degree murder in truly heinous cases, a lot of Walt’s actions can be lightened if given whole context. The worst crime I can see him get charged for legally is the sentence for assasinating those prisoners for potentially ratting him out in Season 5. That was the only case where he took lives where his life wasn’t in any real harm other then getting arrested. Also tbf destroying “everyone who cannot make up their mind” is more absurdly evil than anything Walt has ever done in the show, lol.

@@tommybakes5972 Actually the agency is not confirmed to be legal and moreover is top secret, meaning the government would not charge doof for imprisonment since that implies the animal somehow got a legal warrant from them Also also Has it been considered that for a majority of these crimes, doof was not charged? The agency just cares about stopping them, because as shown in the movie they want to keep him free and inventing to then steal his ideas and inventions for agency usage, thus there is a high chance that since for MOST of his crimes only Perry and the agency would know Doof did it, no one actually charged him or exposed him to the public as being the one responsible.

The false imprisonment charges might not be valid, considering it's mostly him capturing what a judge would assume is a unclaimed animal or pet. I only saw Candice being a valid charge. You're gonna have a fun time pinning him for all of his vandalisms, thefts, and other considering his machines make things disappear and the only one to see it generally is Perry the Platypus. Edit: Also animal cruelty for those instances as well.

No, those charges are completely valid, because in addition to being an animal that Doofenshmirtz planned to kill after imprisoning, Perry is a secret agent who was sent to Doof’s lair under express orders to stop a crime that his superior briefed him on, so not only did Heinz capture a government official in the execution of his duty, Agent P isn’t even the only one who knows about Doof’s crimes, meaning he can very well be held accountable for them. It’s almost like it doesn’t matter what’s the “only” thing that you see as “a valid charge,” because you’ve completely ignored the circumstances of why Perry was sent after Heinz. In other words, he’s “gonna have a fun time” my foot.

@@imfsresidentotaku9699 Perry is not a recognised public agent, and the agency itself is top secret. This means that even if, dare say. Perry is considered a sentient agent with rights and protection, the government would refuse to charge Doof for it as that would blow Perry's cover and break the secret of the Agency's existence, at which point it would become useless as its entire strength relies on the two things you've just made useless 1. Animals being able to covertly move, spy and attack threats. Now that the agency is uncovered and a known quantity, everyone will know not to trust animals to be simple, dumb animals 2. Doof inventing things they can then steal and or copy from him once Perry stops his latest attempt at Tri-State conquering. You tell this person that he ignored the circumstances of why perry is after Doof, but you yourself ignored the circumstance of why the agency never captures Doof or, indeed, charges him for his crimes. And without Agent P and the agency to back you up with their surveillance and evidence, most of the evidence if not all of it is, like the other guy said, covered up well enough that few if any people could trace the crimes to Doof.

@@imfsresidentotaku9699 Has it been considered that for a majority of these crimes, doof was not charged? The agency just cares about stopping them, because as shown in the movie they want to keep him free and inventing to then steal his ideas and inventions for agency usage, thus there is a high chance that since for MOST of his crimes only Perry and the agency would know Doof did it, no one actually charged him or exposed him to the public as being the one responsible. Moreover, since the agency is never shown to be legal or recognised by the government, there is a big chance that much like CIA assets overseas, no one would claim Perry is an operative since that would both reveal the agency's main method and sole purpose for existing as well as get them in trouble with the civil authority since they have conscripted a pet and constructed tons of secret entrances and shit on the property of a civilian surburban family. Even if sentient to a much larger extend, Perry will still be property under law as the universe in P&F does not show to have additional or changed rules regarding pets given almost everyone still perceives them as normal, dumb animals, so the government would NEVER claim him The MOST that Doof could be charged for in this case is the killing of someone else's legal pet, yet even then one can argue self defense as it escaped their owner's property, broke into his house and attempted to harm him.

Those tires are somewhat cheaper at $350-$500 a piece as compared to F1 tires shown in the video. I have a couple questions One: Do the sentences stay the same if we consider that Perry the Platypus knew that he was going to be trapped and willingly kept showing up every day? Edit: I saw another commenter mention that Perry was technically trespassing, so that too Two: Wouldn't the charges be difference since he largely failed at all his plans (including the murders)? Shouldn't he just be charged for attempted murder there too? Edit 2: I see in the end he did only get charged for attempted murder, but wasn't that first death sentence for the mass murder of all the people that couldn't make up their minds (which he failed at)?

  • @imfsresidentotaku9699

One: Perry is not "technically trespassing." He's a secret agent acting upon orders to break into Doof's lair and stop a crime, so trapping him is a serious offense. Two: Attempting to commit a crime still results in a charge, so it doesn't matter if Doof's plans failed. He still had the intention of carrying out his schemes and took steps to do so.

Perry the platypus is most likely a secret law enforcement agent, so his actions are probably sanctioned by the elites of his organization that work with the government. Booby trapping is strictly illegal in every state. Even if he did kill him in self defense he is killing a law enforcement officer.

The fact this is only season 1. And he already was senteced to jail for 600+ years due to traps alone. Really probably says something about his record. Also keep in mind, there's that one episode. Where doof had multiple traps set to capture perry.

Minor issue: Perry is 1. An animal 2. Breaking and entering (as despite being a government agent never presents a warrant) Meaning his charges would be animal abuse at best. In addition most of his traps are manual meaning they are legal (as booby trapping is usually a crime since you can't control who it affects)

A potential error I found was at 3:52 where 24 years were added for Mass Theft where usually it was 25 (also the joke is that the animals are escaping the Zoo and prisoners are rioting, but Major Monogram mixed it up) And something that is definitely an error is at 4:50 where the life sentences go up by 2, and the next crime decreases it by 1. So there’s 1 missing life sentence and (probably) 1 missing year.
