I think the cases would have been brought. He has been treated as if he’s above the law. I’m wondering if it’s because he running for President. He is a criminal and a traitor. He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison. He a despicable human being.I pray that justice will prevail.

It is the opposite of what trump and his people say. They are right to say there is a two-tiered system of justice at play but it is SO BLATANTLY tilted in trump's direction it's unfathomable. Anybody else would be in jail so long ago, on the documents case alone, that all the gagging would have been moot!

Hey Neal Katyal, I deeply respect the work that you’ve done for democracy. You have a great insight into federal prosecution and domestic terror. Thats why I have the following question: why did I hear 2 days ago that you have chosen to represent the opposition in a lawsuit that aims to end the “county line party boss” system in NJ? Why do you think that is a way to uphold democracy? You’re really representing the people who want to keep the unelected party boss system in place? Is democracy only important on a federal level?

Equal justice under the law. Novel concept. Let's try it out once in a while.

I love Neil. He is so intelligent, and able to explain, in layman’s terms. I’ve learned lots, since I’ve been watching Neil’s videos. Between him, Harry Lipman, and the Meidas touch network. That’s the o;Lu place to get the real facts on the case.

Any political figure, will be scrutinized more than the average person. When you have no rules or no limitations and you have friends with money, people don’t question your actions. Doesn’t make it right that’s the way it is.

The possession of government documents case & insurrection case would still be on going regardless. Georgia attempt at illegally affecting an election case would also be on going.

Trump was also one of two main characters in the hush money case and one of the characters spent time in jail . Why should Trump be immune.

Of course all those crimes are "prosecutable"...that's why they are being prosecuted. The question was "would anyone have bothered if Trump went back to being just another citizen". Nobody answered this
