She also treated her husband terribly in the first and to her new one kind of terribly. The toad is second because he seemed revenge on those who didn’t deserve it and he tried to wipe out an entire city population with a tidal wave.

The Frog was hired by Toad. Thus, anything they did whilst in his service, the Toad is also liable for. It is like if you hired someone to rob a bank, and in doing so they killed 2 security guards. You would also be charged for the murders and robbery.

I, personally, wouldn't pardon her, she did endangered a lot of people near the end, chasing Shaun and the young alien with her mach-car thing. She could've hurt/kill a person with that stunt, and avoided her punishment by flying with the alien family she met as a child.

Hey, as an American I was confused about false imprisonment due to mostly dealing with law enforcement and at time shopkeepers. Which I learned is detain someone in any case is false imprisonment. Also Mrs tweedy in my state would be change with torture if ginger was a person, which could be argued in court that she is a person, due to having their own feelings and beliefs and stuff

Since animals like dogs in the wallace and gromit universe seem to be sentient, Bakewell would not only be charged with animal cruelty, but also with false imprisonment.

I'd argue that, while cruel, every action taken by Mrs. Tweedy in the first was legal. After all, she legally owned all those chickens, and you can treat livestock almost however you want. Even with the pie machine, any fault in it would be more on the side of whoever created it if a chicken getting out of the restraints could destroy it completely. Second movie, though, all the chickens from movie one would have been considered wild, and you can't just take animals out of the wild for business, or even just to feed yourself. So I'd add poaching to her list of charges.

Some of the trespassing ones (Where the film is set in the UK) actually would not be criminal. In the UK trespass is a civil tort prosecution would only result if the landowner filed for one.
