Found out about some of the most popular ones he recommends (the Moondrop Aria), saw an open box was for sale on eBay for $50 and ordered some within 2 days of research. Safe to say, much better than my Steelseries Arctis 3's and gives me a much better listening experience in gaming and overall music alone.

Truthear Zero specifically the Red version is actually the newer, better, and cheaper one.... Also overear headphones are usually the ones with better soundstage and imaging. Doesnt mean IEMs doesnt have good soundstage and imaging tho ofcourse. Its just that with IEMs you feel the sound much "faster" compared to Overears, which is specially noticeable for competitive games where every moment matters. Its also much cheaper than Overears

You got Full RGB, Aux, Bluetooth, and USB. Additionaly you got an aux on the right back to connect your Headset. All in all the G560, whith its community modes and pre installed modes on the LGHub, is a good choice. Only if your living in house with more than one family, You can enjoy your sound loud - for 2 minutes, because then other people are going to come to complain (one house 4 people (one family).

Get a small amplifier that accepts aux or rca input and outputs with speaker wire. Get some nice speakers (can EASILLY get good stuff for super cheap at a thrift store) and that is already LEAGUES better than built in speakers. Take it up a notch and get an un powered subwoofer and add that to the speakers and it will definitely sound incredible

I personally just use an open back pair of headphones as it gives more soundstage than iems with the added bonus that i can hear my mom yelling across the house lol

I've gotten rid of my studio headphones, for IEMS & I couldn't be happier. Having a dual pc set up my office gets hot, but with IEMS it's less hot. Plus the sound stage is Increible if you get a good pair.

Zach is spying on me. Same story last week about those Truthear Crinacle Zero. Honestly pretty good « spatial audio » for competitive gaming, but audio quality is still behind a good quality headset

I only use IEMs for Music. As for gaming, i use a Headphone instead. Also you're gonna need a Audio Card if you want a better audio quality, since Motherboard's Audio Chip has limited ability to provide better audio. Getting Audio Card or Amplifier should work.

If its just for gaming you don't need an audio card or an amp (unless your headphone really needs that power to drive).

I got myself IEMs instead of my bulky 300$ headset as i work full-time in home office and game after work, so i wore them for 10-12h a day. With the headset, i had headaches, my hair was messed up, and you sweat beneath the headset, especially in summer. Best investment ever. My Iems did cost like 30$, and they are the same quality as the 300$ gaming headset

My initial reason for building my PC was music production, but I built it with games in mind If you're against headphones (because even the best IEMs get uncomfortable after awhile) Studio monitors can range from $150-300 a pair for decent ones Professional monitors start at about $300 per speaker but are worth it if you want good sound without having something stuck to your head
