I have learnt a lot of words for developing my vocabulary but the thing I am concerned about is where should I use it. Typically in a monologue I generally tend to use the simpler words. Is there any way to get out of this problem?

It's fine to use simple words in normal conversations. For ielts monologue, start trying to insert few difficult words here and there

These methods frequently entail speaking in a steady pace, employing soothing word beginnings, and learning to lengthen sounds and syllables. Instead of trying to eliminate stuttering altogether, these techniques will aim to modify stuttering moments to make them less severe and less disruptive over time. You can try techniques like voluntary stuttering, cancellations (pausing and restarting the word), and pull-outs (gradually easing into the stuttered word).
