It would be *deserves* not deserve as he is a thirdperson singular. There is a rule in grammar to put s or es on a verb after the third person singular.

Literally I have had received a band 8 on my speaking on last exam and I really could accede with the thing that using a high range of some vocabulary and phrases will delicately make some difference over garnering a desired score. The principal point to the whole exam is a candidate must have to be circumspect to maintain to be a prim. To avoid the intervence of mistakes practice better be the only option to get out of the problem.
