you get check engine lights?

Did you get a check engine light with the down pipe or did the tune take care of that?

I sold this car over a year ago but yes I did get a CEL IE tunes do not code out emission sensors

I would do a magnaflow muffler, not the resonator, that should be a sweet spot for the exhaust tweak. I have the same plans and I already have the Mbrp on. Lol now I know I’ll need a muffler for sure.

I did a vibrant resonator before I sold the car and it fixed everything I didn’t like about the exhaust

Hey I have the same car and I wanna make it sounds just like this with the slight popping and all! What do I have to add? Besides in the video what for exhaust first??
@Locallybuiltauto

Catted or catless downpipe and any exhaust after that and you also need any stage 2 "overrun" tune. Mine was on Integrayed Engineering. However this car was sold earlier this year due to warranty issues

Definitely loud! I can see how that could get old, though. I’m curious how it will sound with a resonator and/or mufflers. Love the IE tune. They really do a nice job.

Yeah I’m looking into vibrant resonators and the Dynamax mini mufflers to throw on the MBRP catback. I love the catback and the carbon tips but I work in a city with noise laws and don’t wanna get caught lol

@willie123811 since I had all the inlet pipes it seemed worthless to spend more on the box. And after this video I had a few issues with the water pump and electrics and had to sell the car because I couldn't afford to fix it anymore

Haven't had the car long enough to test the 0-60MPH but probably almost the same as a stock Golf R or even audi RS3
