I am a BSc Nutritionist, a Level 3 personal trainer and a Level 3 sport scientist who has been heavily inspired by Ido Portal and the movement culture.
This is my interpretation of Ido's method from resources online and a demonstration of my own individual practise.

I would suggest finding a trainer specialising in the method or you can learn the basics of locomotion from my video series I’ve done on this channel 👍
