When I see these videos I consider that only a small percentage of cars have cameras, and of those only a small percentage of them post the shit they see on the road. Think about how much is happening that isn't posted. A construction crew parked a dumpster in the middle of my road 2 nights ago. I turned it in as a dangerous condition. Town cops did nothing. Last night someone hit it hard, demolishing their car. I hope he had a dashcam. You could not see it at night if a car is coming the other way.
