T629 bu yıl sonu uçuyor. 6 ton sınıfında en iyi taarruz helikopterinden birtanesi. T129 çok büyük ihtimal T629 seri üretime girdimi üretimi duracaktır.

They developed an engine and power projection system. But not for t-129 helicopter. It’s for another helicopter t-629 it made its first flight with that engine but its still not completely ready.

Turkey is becoming country like Chine and japan. fast manufacturing is advanced level product. until 10 years they will more power country

Ankara should develop their own engines for their aircraft and not rely from the west. Its a two years work but its worth the time and effort. They should always bear in mind, that every journey begins with the first step.

2 years work? Turkey is working for 5 years to produce in the country a licensed turboshaft motor. Developing a national made motor would last over a decade.

The problem with attack helicopter design is that in the armoring field, they always overlooked a vital part that once got hit which is always the case, will make the chopper lose control and crash.......the tail boom and rotor. This part is so light that armoring it is not possible. Kamovs have mastered a system that dont require tail rotors..... armor covered coaxial rotors.

No, you won't receive the helicopter anytime soon. Because of US sanctions Turkey has no motor to equip the helicopters. They are starting to produce in Turkey a licensed one, it will require tests and certification after Wich he will start production. In the most optimistic possibility Pakistan will receive the first T129 in the end of 2021.

However, Turkey has been working on 6-7 different domestic engines to make these heli’s locally built in its entirety Also, I wonder if you put these engines on a dyno at your grandma’s basement to make such claims?
