You know I respond well ro a rainy day too. Yes I go out in it. They say it's acid rain. How ever watch the plants. They pop back to life. Also we eat them as well. So we take in that structured water. I feel amazing when I go out in it too. I come back to life!

I love watching Alan Smith's videos, but his bathroom is about the size of my apartment. Nevertheless - make sure you have necessities, including an aloe plant. I had to cut off mine recently because of an injury and this injury on my leg is having a hard time healing. Hurts like the dickens.
