この作り方の場合、切り離しは不要です。乾燥状態を見ながらビニールかけたりして調節しています。

僕が使ってる土はオリジナルブレンドの白土です。亀板に使っているのは軽カル板です。

But the big question is how to take that flat bottomed slab plate off the bat, without damaging the flat bottom?? One of the benefits of throwing a plate is trimming the foot after to eliminate all the wire marks caused by extracting a vessel from a bat.

The slab plate is just on it, so it's not stuck. However, only the edge is treated with water, so it sticks a little. Cutting at the end solves your problem.

I do it the same way- just different. ;-)

先に古信楽白で、エイヤで作りました。 2kgで測ったかのように、29.5cm直径、要らない部分で十分ふちになりました。 ただ、粘土紐を作る時点でやや乾燥気味でした。 ありがとうございました。

亀板を留めているクリップ？のようなものは次作されたのでしょうか？ 作り方や材料など教えていただきたいです。

クリップはワイパーの芯材を曲げて作ってます

亀板は軽カル板で作ってます。この作り方だと最後に削り取った角の部分以外、亀板にはくっついていないので切り離しは不要です

ありがとうございます。大変参考になりました。

同じような形の大皿（直径30cm超え）を作った時、底の端が素焼、本焼きで割れ、結局8ミリでタタラ製造機を使って締め、ようやく成功しました。先生は底割れとかないですか？しめるのに、コテで何回もしめたのですが、何かいい方法あればお教えください。

僕の場合は割れることありませんが、やることといえば 「縁はコテを使って表だけじゃなく裏面からも。全体はゴムベラを使って表裏を締める。」 こんな感じでしょうか

You are great at what you do and the video is very nice but the way you roll and knead the clay on the table looks very uneven and makes my head hurt.
