Yes and if your leathers are inflating like a balloon that's no good. Put a stop to it.

At 16:29 the bike seems to be a two stroke.

There's almost something wrong in left lane,... looser lane. One seemed to win there.

I don't think it means they are street bikes. They are "Pro Street" bikes. It's a class of racing like Pro Street Cars which also aren't street cars. The main thing is they have to use a road bike style rear tyre not a slick and no wheelie bars.
