i am selected in pgdbf and trainee in nitte greater noida.....its good to join....the most important thing is job ...and if it will get fully privatised in future then at that time contract post of executive will be at risk not pgdbf.....so choose wisely.....and promotion chances is far far better in pgdbf than executive.....so dont think only about money......

@@-Unscripted-Raj 4.13 lakh course fee + loan @ 8.5% approx.....inhand salary in metro cities 80k approx(including hra+petrol allowance).....after deduction of your choice 8 to 12k of loan it would be arount 70k in metro cities.....in urban and semi urban it would be around 60 to 62k.....

I have one question..how they will allocate nitte and manipal to candidates.. like after medical.. they will ask us.. where you want to join.. or they randomly allocate... and if in application form.. the bank zone is new delhi.(for pgdbf) . and residence is Rajasthan(for pgdbf) .. so there will be any priority for nitte

@@mayurchaudhari5606 what calculation u are doing.....after 1 year Of training an am will earn 2.5 times than an executive count that also.....now count promotion chances if he will clear jaiib and caiib then he will be branch manager in due course and at that time an executive probably will be giving exam to become am.....now think wisely and one more think u have not to pay 2 lakh bond amount in cash so dont count that

mujhe ye nii pataa ki why ppl are avoiding idbi.......like what if tomorrow you wakeup and see that pnb is also sold by goi to lic.......then your so called sarkari naukri will be in trouble. bhai ek banker banne jaa rhe ho thora widely and wisely socho. and after 2 to 3 years all sarkari naukari ka bhoot utar jaata hai fir logon ko paisa hi chahiye hota hai and you all better know that idbi will pay much better than psbs except sbi in long run

Sir I came to know that after getting selected for IDBI executive post there is some sort of training in Manipal for 28 days, and even after that one guy was telling that in job they make us to sell LIC policies is this true sir ? And can you please Elaborate what is job description for executive?

AM ka salary package hoga 11.35 lacs per year. So 4 lacs toh 1 year mai vasoolne ho jayenge. Rahi baat bond ki aur pressure ki toh... Bhai jidhar salary jyada udhar pressure jyada. So yeh tension chhodo and form bharke job pao👍

@@meghnatripathi9476 to b honest i think u should go back to my first line vibe vali....galat sahi ki baat nahi hai...n the video he is saying about a bond wo to har bank me hoga aapko..and rahi baat executive join krke baad me am me promotion ki .. to 3 years ke difference me salary ka b margin b ho ga..and then if we look at other exam preparation..whoever is preparing must be aware of private n govt bank culture if he have confidence he may go for govt. banks....despite being private idbi have one of best working culture when compared with other private banks..pay scale b acha hai..probation to others may bhi hota hai. Its just not that long fees lenge pgdf ki to sikhayenge hospitality bhi to hai..above all it depends on point of view....its not waste of money as hi mentions...1 lakh plus forms aa gye hai..inme se select ho rahe ho to aap phle hi eligible ho nationalised banks k liye..agar nahi hai to first one should crack it then decide what to do..

Bhai mere baat suno ab Clerk aur manager ki salary mai atleast 30000 ka difference hota h.. 2 saal mai with lagao toh woh hue 720000 With interest bade araam se 8 lakh... Rs ( yeh ho gayee 2 fees recovery (mean fees ka double amount) 4 lakh yaha kamaye fees recovery Ab yeh batao 3 saal bad executive wala banda jab manager banega kisko salary jada milege 2 saal experience wale ko ya new bande ko... Common sense ki baat 2 saal experience wale ko.. Toh overall aapke 4 lakh ka profit + jada salary kisme jada fayda... Aur jab saari bank ek jaise kaam karte h toh switch kyu karega koi.. Ab executive ki dekho... Phle baat woh Banda fixed job ni h Kam salary h ... And 3 saal lower post par kaam ..
