ICYMI: Dr Nandipha and 5 others’ bail applications postponed in Thabo Bester case
The Bloemfontein Magistrate’s Court had initially set down Wednesday and Thursday for a bail application to be heard for the four accused of aiding convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester to escape from the Mangaung Correctional Centre in May 2022. But following the arrest of Frans Makhotsa and Natasha Jansen, both the State and defence teams agreed that more time would be required to deal with the bail application. The case was postponed to 11 and 12 May for a formal bail application for all six accused.

They didn't murder him. He arrived at the morgue from hospital. There should be another case separate from this case on his death. It was stated by the coroner at the time cause of death blunt force injury to his head. Whoever assaulted him and caused his death must be investigated and brought to book! Feel so sorry for his family!!!

Prob is authorities don't give a proper investigation time. They seem to just rush to announce charges to appease the masses, for those charges to be dropped later on. Adding more grief to the victim's family.
