I always avoid to anchor where there's a sea lane, since I can't sleep very well when I hear boats close by not to mention sudden swells when I'm not up at the helm,.

You guys should have set the camera up on land and showed you all walking down the dock with your shirts off and heads hanging low.😆 I worked 30yrs in the casino biz and learned don't go with more than you plan to lose and you'll have a GREAT TIME!

I really wanted a shot of us coming down an escalator like the movie Hangover..lol. My shirts are cheap, so I didn’t lose much. Lol

Hi I am sorry i don't know your name. I enjoy watching your Video's. Love your New York accent. People say I sound like I am from Bronx.. LOL We live and boat on the South Shore long Island. We also snow bird in Naples FL.. My Wife and I have a 94 Mainship which We love. i also do my own work so i can relate to your video'. Safe Travels ( 7 knots is painfully slow) lol keep the Video's coming

I’m not aware of any commercial cruise but I’m sure you can find a captain and crew to take you along for a fee. Perhaps hop aboard as a deckhand on a boat making the journey.

Stay away from the center going into gardners basin.stay left coming in ...that's my stomping grounds..

How far away were you from the coast when you left AC to CM? We just bought a Mainship 390 in Annapolis and will take the outside of NJ when bringing her up to the Hudson River in the Spring. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You never have to be far from shore along New Jersey. Stay far enough away to avoid the swells going to the beach. I was never more than a mile from shore along there. Of course, watch your charts, breakers and depth.

Just watched some of your vids. Been through Erie lock 2 many times! Take your loop trip! Even if only a short segment. It’s so rewarding to travel with the boat and visit all the wonderful stops along the way. Going south along the ICW was priceless.

Interesting trip, but I can't help but say how sad and depressed that boat looks without it's mast and sails.
