Everything links to everything. If you trade with Smart Money, you know we need a sweep of a validated (short term) high or low before an expansive move away. STLs and STHs are mainly inducements for Turtle Soups to follow. Therefore, you trade based off of ITHs or ITLs instead. Great video this!

Although price doesn't have to sweep a sth/l to form an ith/l. Just having a sth/l on either side will confirm an ith/l. ICT 2022 mentorship episode 12. That video is a gem, and most, including so-called ict traders don't fully comprehend. 🍻

Consider adding a little more emphasis on “why” a concept is important. An old writing / speech technique is that after any statement, picture a monkey on your shoulder saying “so what.” What is great about the two video series is it is providing a consistent method to describe structure, but “So what.” How do we use it for trade entries, stops, and targets? How does this structure validate or invalidate an existing trade? I actually like this approach as it simplifies much of what is out there, but need a little more information. At what point in a level “confirmed”? Do you need an Intermediate High to confirm a LTH and therefore should only take a trade after an Intermediate High is confirmed? Great video understanding a way to name market structure, just need more of the “So what” questions answered.

@@TTrades_edu Of course! I wasn’t being critical or even suggesting that you try the impossible which would be trying to answer every possible question in one video. I was just suggesting “tying together” what you have illustrated so well with a comment such as, “To see how you can use market structure this way with entries, see X and Y. “To see how to use this market structure with dropping to lower timeframe entries, see video A or my series on LTF Entries.” My point being, the “So what” comment allows you to tie it all together. “This is why it is helpful to make your structure this was…” I mean, you made the video on this subject for a reason and it is one of the best I’ve seen, so even if you just say why you made it, or how marking structure in this way helps yo, yourself, make high probability trades, or how it helps with bias (you did allude to bias briefly), is all good. When you make two strong market structure videos as you have, just connect them to the next learning step or two as shown in your other videos. There is a real need for high quality education and your quality has improved dramatically as you have learned more over the last year. You’ve gone from the pretty basic superficial videos with only perfect examples, to PDFs, a great discord, and videos showing the basics, but also going into the harder examples and even failures that we all have to deal with everyday. The more you can teach someone on how to work through a problem, or manage a trade, or take an entry, helps them go to the charts and see if they can actually do it. The people who don’t study or are only looking for a mindless answers can never be helped. But those who are studying and working through the charts, will appreciate your work and follow all your videos as I do …

Just as we have price move from Consolidation to Expansion and then retracement or reversal. We know the sequence. Price can never reverse from a consolidation.
