Use a HTF Order Flow(pullbacks) to avoid fake Choch(MSS) and BOS on MTF structure. For еxample: if 1h TF is used for OrderFlow marking - 15m TF is your work MTF with solid marked structure - 5m-1m (LTF) for enter the trade. It would be your powerful filter to significantly reducing of the wrong transaction number of the price movement.

I can't imagine that anyone with the 1H chart for intraday trading really understands where the market is at the moment. A multitime analysis is much more meaningful with HTFs such as 4H or higher. The rest I agree with. Seems like you don't have a clear set of rules for your supply/demand zones though...
