I love this idea, Tampa having a new skyscraper. The design is very modern, very futuristic. I love the idea of a very tall skyscraper in Tampa, I hope it encourages the building of new, modern skyscrapers in the Bay Area.

Quit hating on Tampa. please Tampa is on the rise. So many great things going on hosting great sporting events and a downtown that is changing into a real urban center.

The only think that I think is bad is there needs to be 2 elevators on both sides because at the top off the building there big square How are people going to get to the other side on a elevator? you can't! You going to need elevators on both sides to make this happen

Like a fucking medallion around the neck of Tampa as a "symbol of power and progress"... lol. Looks just like DREDD...

Please make this happen. Tampa is on the rise and I Think that this is needed to put Tampa on the map and make it a prettier place.

It does not look that tall to me. What is the proposed height in feet? 72-stories doesn't really tell us anything.

It tells you that if it is a residential building it would roughly be 10ft per story, and if it were a commercial, 12ft per story. So basically do the math bud.

Juan Carlos Thank you for the kind words Juan. That is very fair and balance of you. Then we agree not every one thinks what you think is best for Tampa. ..... Looks its all good if you have a investment interest in the project along with others that attack for comments. This is a nation of limited FREE speech. .. You might consider to visit and here what the 97% middle and lower income feels is best for the community. .. That has been the point I made in simple terms. But others that live on the other side of the rail road track would not understand that unless its put in there face. So FYI you can make a big winner with your invest capital. If and when you consider building better community living to the 97%. Why because Tampa needs it now more then ever. I’ve got to say something, because silence betokens consent, and there’s a lot going on I don’t want to consent to.
