Yes, first C3R is performed to stabilize the Keratoconus. Then ICL can be performed. Laser surgery and ICL surgery cannot correct presbyopia. It can only correct myopia (distant vision), a person might require to wear reading glasses for near vision even after the surgery. RLE (refractive lens exchange) is the right option if you want to get your both near and distant vision corrected. Your specs power is slightly above the correction limit of LASIK surgery. The deciding factor would be your 'Corneal thickness', if your corneal thickness is above average then only LASIK will be possible. If you manage to get 6/6 vision with the help of your specs, then after LASIK/ICL you would surely get 6/6 vision. Vision correction surgeries can give you the same vision which you manage to get with the specs. @@Eye7ChaudharyEyeCentre-Delhi Hi team, I had undergone C3R SURGERY My corneal thickness is 420 microns Keratoconus has been stabilized from 2018 April. for Right eye & right now my vision is 6/30 (without contact lenses and glasses) I can attain 6/9, and 6/6 (partial) with RGP CONTACT LENSES but with glasses there is no improvement in my vision (because my cornea has more irregularities). So is it possible to increase my vision values close to the value obtaining from Contact lenses like(6/9 or 6/6)??

Your specs power is slightly above the correction limit of Contoura Vision. You can go LASIK treatment to correct your power. You can either wait for 6 months or 1 year more to see if your power stabilizes. If your number is not stable, you might develop a slight power even after surgery but that would easily be managed with specs.
