Yaaaaaaaaaaaay! A video from my virtual cousin . I sat down to eat lunch and looked up and saw your thumbnail. I truly enjoyed this. I have a Canon Pixma also, but it's not for edible prints of course. I love the wireless , bluetooth printers. I wonder if that one will print through your computer and your phone . It probably does. Hook it up girl , you can do it. I know I am the tech one and you're the baker, but you can do it. Thank you for sharing this because I have never seen the actually paper used for the edible images. I'm so happy to see you and you look so pretty. Love your hair wrap and eyelashes. I wonder if I could pull off a head wrap? Nah, probably not.

Heyyy!!!! Me and Mama Chaos got it hooked up and working with my laptop!! It does have the Bluetooth and phone options which will definitely come in handy for me. Lol we pulled up youtube videos and everything to get this set up!! Thank you so much!! You can absolutely pull off a hair wrap! They are so super easy and my hair can look any kind of way underneath 😁😊

I just use my HP Laptop! Find the images on google and then put everything together and print it off!

I literally got it within a week. I ordered it on a Friday and got it that next Wednesday or Thursday

I bought this exact printer from Icinginks and it lasted 1 year. With Errors 1700 and 5B00 the printer is totaled. I was told casually by their customer service that I have to “buy a new printer”. My research has led me to find out once the overflow sponge is filled it’s the end of the printer.

OH NO!!!! I only have had 1 issue with the printer when I had to refill the ink. But I took it to best buy and they cleaned it and performed an update on it and the problem was fixed. I'm sp sorry this happened to you! Have you gotten another edible image printer since then?

After watching your video which impressed me so much i purchased this machine. I got the bundle. It did take me over a month to reach me. Sadly, after printing my 2 image using icingink frosting sheet that came with the bundle the printer started printing 2 inches down the paper even though my margin was set to 0.5 inch, so im only getting partial prints. I lost 10 sheets trying to get 1 print and i finally gave up. I used their online support, wasted 3 hours going back and forth with an online agent who seems not sure about what he had me doing to fix the problem. I must mention that the wafer paper printed the same image with the 0.5 inch board. I am at the conclusion that the sugar sheets are too heavy and drops the paper too deep in the machine. Can you tell me if im doing something wrong please? Is there a particular paper settings I'm ignoring or is my printer faulty? *the agent did say the paper should be set to plain paper setting which seemed wrong*

Oh no. I'm so sorry. I didn't have this problem. I just followed the set up instructions and ran the test run and that was it. Do you have it set on the "Letter" format for paper when printing?

@@icinginks3222 I’ve had issues with my edible printer since I purchased it in 2019. For some reason once it reaches the bottom 2inches of the sugar sheet, the images print overlapped. I literally have been going back and forth with agents since I got that printer , gave up and tried again today and printed using so many different settings and still no resolution.... and icinginks couldn’t offer any other help. So I’m stuck with a printer that doesn’t function correctly
