New subscriber. Great to see your channel here on youtube. Can you see if you're able to find any full interviews, or anything at all with Patrice O'Neal? I've come across an old interview that you did with him in your studio where you had K Foxx with you. Great episode. There were comments made during the interview that made it sound like Patrice had been there before. Hearing anything more with him, or watching interviews with him (if you shot video during that time), would be a damn joy! Seeing this full interview with Ice Cube is another thing that would be great to watch too. Thank you guys!

I'm from New York, and Ice Cube is exactly right! I didn't like the West Coast rap, with the exception of a few songs. But they did have their own style, and when New York started to emulate them, Hip Hop got real corny. Then Wu Tang dropped and the East Coast started sounding like the East again.

Great interview Juan Epers. My only gripe with the legend of Cube isn’t the kid movies or the new direction, it’s that every time I’ve seen Cube live (at least 3 times), he always performs “You Can Do It” but I can never get “Black Korea” live. Shame.
