If you asked me which ice cream flavor I like, I would say Stracciatella! It is a very easy ice cream recipe but one of the most delicious. You offer it to guests or as a refreshing dessert!

RECIPE:
Ingredients
2 packets of pti ber
500 ml vegetable cream
1 large evaporated milk
1 sweetened milk
200 g chocolate flakes
Method
Our today's recipe is easy and quick. Take a large bowl and beat the cold cream until it becomes whipped.
When it is ready, we incorporate the cold evaporated milk and the cold sweetened milk.
Then add the chocolate flakes and mix.
Next, we take a 40 x 28 cm baking tray and cover its base with cling film and then make a layer of patty ber biscuits.
Spread the cream on top of the biscuits and make another layer of patty ber.
Finally, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
When frozen, unmold and cut into sandwiches.
