praline ice cream
Today we are making a chocolate ice cream with praline and oreo cookies. We tried it and its taste is amazing! It is a very good idea to offer it as a dessert!

RECIPES:
Ingredients
500 ml vegetable cream
200 g of sweetened milk
1 large evaporated milk
125 g couverture
3 tbsps of cocoa
300 g hazelnut praline
1 package of Oreo cookies
Method
Take a cold utensil-bowl and beat the cold cream until it becomes whipped.
In the process, we incorporate the cold sugar and the cold milk and then put it in the freezer for 1 hour.
At the same time, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
After the hour has passed, beat the ice cream (taken out of the freezer) for 5 minutes and sift the bad stuff.
Add the praline, the warm chocolate and mix.
Then, break the cookies and work with a mortar to mix the ingredients together and make the mixture homogeneous.
Cover a large cake tin with foil.
Then, place the ice cream in the mold, cover with cling film and put in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
Finally, unmold and optionally decorate with chocolate syrup for ice cream.
