Ice Chest Patio Stand - Spanish Cedar

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

This cooler stand is made with Spanish Cedar.
It was made for a coworker as an anniversary gift for her husband.
I forgot to record it, the plastic cooler cover is held into the wooden lid with hot glue and also a couple of screws through the side of the lid.

    Do you mean the software that I used? It is called Easel and it is a product that is made by the same company that makes the CNC machine, Inventables. Here is a link to their website. Thanks for watching! www.inventables.com

    How did you get the lid to open and stay at a 90 degree angle

  • @LastLegWoodworks

    @LastLegWoodworks

    4 жыл бұрын

    Hello, the top can’t open past 90 degrees because the back of the lid comes to rest on the top of the cooler stand. Hope that helps. Thanks for watching!

    How much does it cost to make a cooler like this?

  • @LastLegWoodworks

    @LastLegWoodworks

    Hello, thanks for checking out the video. The cost depends on what type of wood is used. This one was more expensive because the customer wanted Spanish cedar and it is more expensive than some other woods. I think there was about $300 in materials for this project but you could make it for much less by using a less expensive species of wood. Hope that helps. Thanks again!

    Could have done without the squealing of the background noise from speeding it up, but great design. Tongue and grove is a great idea on those.
