    Stretching helps better than cold bath if it’s intended for recovery. Cold bath has its benefits too, it can help achieve nerve activation, better if done first thing in the morning after good sleep

    Brother there is no suppliment or technique to increase testosterone , you can only increase it with injecting. Unless and until you're deficient on some vitamins or minerals. Stop faking yourself just get a proper diet with equally divided portions of protein and train each muscles 2 to 3 times a week.
