I love the channel but don’t understand y you can’t make a “deck testing “ playlist. If it’s 2 much work, let me do it man! All the YCS and master duel stuff is in a playlist. Not sure why you don’t organize these! Day 2 of asking lithium to put a deck test playlist. Thanks!

I think maining warlock will definitely help against decks like yubel. also am testing harpooner to help make bahamut/toad and fix bricky hands

I think more floodgate monsters like General Wayne (also a spell/trap searcher), Warlock and even Medium would help even more

It might be worthwhile to take a page out of the old Ghoti playbook and use things like "Supai Duskwalker" or the Assault Engine. Both are relatively small and don't eat your normal summon. Another option might be using Tidal and Fishborg cards.

play with runick for sure with runick engine you can summon the water barrier statue

any tldrs on how to handtrap this deck? played against it at locals and if felt unbeatable without a 10 interrupt board

Pure Ice barrier is very fragile and can be broken extremely easy, runick ice barrier is much more competitive. This coming from ice barrier player

Biggest problem with Ice Barrier is that for a 2024 deck it is unfortunately very fair.

Dude the the combo I pilot is swordsoul ice barrier and it's beyond consistent it can definitely toss a fight up with snake eyes, my deck alone eats yubel

​@babrad yes, it's also in archetype and can summon itself for free as well as another body, allowing you to extend depending on your board and hand

I appreciate that you tried out IB, but that was a horrible deck build for pure. Way too many HTs, no Warlock/Spellbreaker, no Wayne, and worst of all no Winds. Also, Pot of Desires is terrible in IB because it can banish important cards. There are some other problems, but I don’t have time to mention them all atm.
