Fifa World Cup is fair Here even defending champ has to play qualifier . This should be introduced in ICC World Cup as well . Hosting FIFA took wc in non popular nations ex: Switzerland 1954, Sweden 1958 . Whereas Cricket World Cup never hosted outside Commonwealth nations.

@Carryminat i lol We won bronze medal in one of Olympics and gold in Asian games earlier. There was no popularity in cricket at that time. And we were in top 10 teams of the world in 1950. ALSO qualified for 1950 WC but didn't play because of stupid mentality of the staff at that time. Thanks to the government that they totally neglected football. Now we are struggling in football but we will qualify for 2026 USA WC
