People say this must be rehearsed and can't be impromptu because their blending is too good.. but you will notice at 2:31 Ailee seems to be giving her a go signal to go on with the melody. Also, it's Ailee who adjusts her tone to blend with the contestant and the queen is definitely capable of that with or without preparation.

Lol this why ailee is a vocal queen. Maybe look into her earlier and most resent live performances,Ailee out of all the kpop singers and idol know when to harmonise. This is reason why alot of stars have asked her why she did not become a vocal coach.

I can relate to you, back then I also so obsessed with this performance lol, so I come back to this video from time to time. Even I have her studio version of this song on spotify. It's a pitty that no label give her conttract till now I think as she wanted to be a singer I reckon. I wonder why because her voice tone is good n unique (I like it) and her vocal ability is quite great, plus she has face and body that comparable to even girl group, it's like a complete package.

It's crazy to believe that this is their first time singing together and they could sing like that without rehearsal

Ailee is so good at harmonizing, it's crazy to believe they did this on first go! Best duet I've seen on this show along with the John Park and Joseph episode!!

I love how supportive and nice Ailee is. It trully shows how much confidence in herself she has that she didn't try to immediately drown her out and instead opted to harmonize and make the model's voice shine.

Ailee's harmonisation is the best I ever heard among the female singers! If u watch or listen to the song where she collaborates u will find out that she can simply do the harmonisations with anyone she sings with! Like her voice is a perfect match with any other voices!

Ailee's harmonizing game is too strong. This collaboration is a breath of fresh air for the song.

I really love how ailee control her voice. She's one of the best singer. She still smile while hitting the high notes. Such a legends! Respect queen vocal.

I really dislike that the other females who are something like judges or whatever always doubt the female participants especially when they are pretty. And sometimes what they say can be rather mean and it's like they always look down at them. That's rather rude and some of them aren't even actual singers

+Belinda lim i think the weakness in her voice is just highlighted because she sang with ailee. ailee has really good singing technique and has a much powerful voice than the girl here. she still did well though because i sure can't sing like this hehehe

That woman got on my nerves with everything she said about this contestant. Showing her jealousy for the young woman and showing she shouldn't be a part of the panel. She acts jealous of every pretty girl as if they can't possibly sing because they're pretty. Just made herself look so stupid because of what she said about her.

This was the first video I had seen with Ailee. This is the video that made me fall in love with her singing. Ailees harmonies and adlibs were on point. The clarity of tone and key perfection. Especially for a performance unrehearsed made me realize that Ailee is a “Natural artist”. Which only breaks my heart that she is not better know throughout the western world.

A talent like Ailee should gain more recognition. Let's be honest in Korea there are very very few artists with high vocals with that distinct voice and Ailee is one of those few.

To me, just going to Ailee's concert and have her perform live would be a dream come true. Let alone singing a duet with her.

Ailee has such great musicianship. She always put a twist on every song she sings and her adlibs are so on point ! Anyways, this girl is great too. But she's very lacking in resonance.

This is honestly my favorite ICSYV duet stage, I'm so glad that she was a skilled vocalist! She shut down all the hate comments (from that snarky girl judge) and you know everyone at that show in the end was doubting her. YEAH YOU GO GIRL!!!!
