UPSC chairman should take full responsibility and resign immediately as he failed to do his duty seriously…his tenure is full of suspicious and corrupt activities… he’s not even from upsc background and he became chairman of UPSC and he should resign.. om Birla daughter also cleared UPSC in his tenure.. how much he’s entertaining the privileged class..
