Downsides of being visibly dominant (T fish, Oscar winner, etc.) is that you get a big target on your back. The higher you are, the harder you fall.

I just got done editing a 5 minute video on this concept focused on applying The Winner Effect using "small wins" throughout your day...notably, you may be stuck in "small losses" that trap you in a "loser effect instead." Thanks, Ian Robertson! I hope it's helpful: kzread.info/dash/bejne/d2uVz5Z7mc_Zcaw.html

The speech will always be supplemental and reading the book is a very good idea still.

Minute 25 reminds me Messi in the world cup final…argentina recieved a goal and he began to fall to his knees in defeat…but just when his knees were about to touch the ground he got up…he didnt allowed himself to be defeated mentally and they ended up winning….

Defending a lead - never do it. It puts you in avoidance mode and you begin of thinking the risks of losing.
