The fact that these two guys are best friends is just amazingly perfect, it's hard to believe its real life.
I could watch this all day long, thanks for posting this!
Watching Patrick Stewart geek out over Karl Malden is one of the coolest things ever.
I was there that night. It was amazing.
just wonderful to see 2 amazing actors. that you so very much.
These conversations are a treasure, I only wish there was a more mature interviewer...
Patrick Stewart hasn't aged in like 20 or 30 years.

He uses his telepathic powers to manipulate you in such a way that you believe that.

Sadly watching this now especially Sir Patrick doesn't sound or look like how he used to back in his prime during his time as Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Teek The Next Generation or even during The Royal Shakespearian Company
I love it how Wil Wheaton sits in the audience and watches them as if they would be unreachable heroes. :)

Was it really necessary to blow all the stuff off my desk from all the bass in the beginning? It's literally 2-3 times louder than the dialogue...

I never understood why they choose an Englishman to play a French starship captain.

Because the role of Captain Picard is a heroic character and its tough to find a brave Frenchman.

I appreciate the fact that Ian McKellan is one of the very few people who pronounces the name "Picard" correctly (the "d" is silent). 🙂
