Me too. I also hate it when those being questioned by congress always start their answer to a question "Thank you (insert what title the congress holds i.e. senator or congressperson) for that question. I especially love when they repeat that same line after every question they are asked. Plus, they never answer a simple yes or no question. They almost always answer with everything but the yes or no.

And the idea you can only be racist if you have power is what gives people the idea that they can hate someone for no reason if they’re “above” them financially. If that’s the case I’m sure that Michael Jordan has more power then I do so people could hate him for being of color because he has more power then 99.9 percent of other people.

I grew up - went to a mostly black high school - i was a minority there as a white student -- and was a victim on almost a daily basis of the most brutal, mean spirited racism you could imagine at the hands of the black student population. I went into health care, and for years worked in clinics in black urban inner city communities and the mostly black population of patients were racist, anti-Semitic, anti- Asian, homophobic - these are honest observations based on what i saw and heard -- blacks can be just as racist and ignorant as white racists -- no race has the market cornered on ignorance and mean behavior.

@@simplerick256 i see the point but its also a numbers game where theres a much larger white population you could have 10% of black people being racist and 10% of white people being racist and theres gonna be more white racists then black racists but on the other end that would mean theres more white people that are not racist then there are black people that are not racist and ultimataly meaning theres more non racists then racists and realistically youll never get rid of racism so were on the better side of things.
