I bought a sauna suit when I was in high school and I would wear it every weekend when I'm just staying home. It was alright to wear during the day, maybe because I didn't work out... but when I tried sleeping in it, I felt like I was suffocating. Didn't even work. I didn't lose weight permanently. I just lost weight because of all the sweating, but I gained back all the weight after chugging water because I felt so dehydrated.
