@bolimbs Well traveling back to 78 as a young teen it would not appeal to me. Now, still doesn't. But it made me think what DID excite young me back then. It was AOR, as disco was not my thing too much either, Kraftwerk, Elvis Costello, Blonde, Joe Walsh and lots of R&B from WDAS in New York. So probably the reason I never heard it, none of the outlets I was listening to would never have added it to their playlists.

You know how sometimes you know for a fact that your phone is spying on you? I kid you not, this is a true story. I'm sitting here at my laptop watching old songs from the '70s and '80s and at one point I just THINK "after Albert Hammond and Janis Ian, I think I'll listen to Stonebolt." But Janis Ian led to Daniel Powter, then it was on to Tracey Ullman, and 6 or 8 songs later I had forgot about Stonebolt...until it popped up as the top suggestion.

Lovin' this beautiful song, listening to this while travelling on car is heaven...

It definitely reminds me of someone I fell in love with and didn't think I could live without him, but moved and went to California, and fell in love again with someone else and been together a long time now scary to say this 40 years ,yes I'm that old and Young when we met , and still in love with him.today, but that song was the best back then I guess that guy truly wasn't the love of my life ,&the one in California was ❤🎉

I graduated in 1978, and I have never heard this song before in my entire life. And I still wish I never had.

I remember this song was on the radio at least 20 times a day then it just faded away after a few years and I hadn’t thought about it since till today when I heard it on the radio and I want to add it to my music library but I can’t find it on ITunes or Spotify 🤬😡 There were so many great times I can associate with and it was one of my Dads favourites those days were the better days
