First of all thank you for this video. I have a question.. you mentioned listening to this for 21 days , does it work the same way if we listen to the English version some days, and Hindi version on other days? Or is it best to listen to the same version. Thank you 🙏🏻

As long as you are able to understand both languages then it is fine. Will work equally upon you. Most important part is that 21 days is minimum requirement, keep listening afterwards as well if needed.

Per sir mujhe pehle to ye bataye ki apki technic essi hai Ki after 10 Mins me mujhe neend aa jati hai chahe ye mai raat ko SUNu , din dophar kabhi bhi. I don't know ye mere brain ko relax karta hai ya sunn nahi pata mager mai kabhi pura sun nahi pati. Apke chutki bachate hi neend aane lagati hai. Uske bad mai deep sleep me chali jati hu . halanki mai stress me hu. To mujhe iss se kaise benefit milega. Dusari chiz ki mai apke almost sabhi hypnosis karna chahti hu. Bcoz I have lack of self love , confidence, stress AMD anxiety , beauty , bad memories , reget etc . but that's not possible for me. Then what to do.
