Having toured these sites the locals and even tour guide himself a local said very clearly that according to their history they did not build those monuments. Im kinda surprised you dont know this its fairly common knowledge for anyone who cares to inform themselves. Aliens are not the supposed builders according to locals whom thought it was the gods which could simply be a more advanced human culture.

I like how respectful you are of the people who attended this conference, it’s easy to mock and laugh at things that you don’t believe in but you treated it respectfully while still being honest about the experience. At least that’s how I feel, but I’m not a ufo believer so someone from that community may feel differently. Hopefully not though! The audio issue, maybe you need some padding on the walls to help absorb the echoey sound? To me it just sounds like you’re filming and a mostly empty room. Just a suggestion!

I was buying x-files comics in a second hand book shop once and the guy serving me turned out to have been one of the organisers of a local UFO society pre-internet, that collapsed trying to keep up with all the new sightings and info they were getting once the internet became more accessible and KZread started. All of which he told me about in great detail because of course someone who buys x-files comics is a believer! I didn't mind but I did think it was funny.

I didn’t even know this WAS a con but it’s interesting to see how like some people have very extreme views but also that they’re mostly older people. The general idea is that older people would call you crazy for believing this type of stuff bc we’re young but, you were the youngest person there. Idk I just find it fascinating that they’re older

I definitely think its a generational thing, and a lot of these people are remnants of the 60 free love, acid era. Also i dont think a younger person could admit to these things without being ridicule such is the culture. It might also link to the advent of technology. Younger people might demand photo or video proof of some kind to substantiate these claims.

I am 100% here due to the algorithm showing me Quibi sucks, which I realize wasn’t even out when your comment was made. So the algorithm picked up her channel in a big way it seems. I’m currently subbed as I know little about most of what she speaks, and find the presentation well done. A bit like going to a UFO convention.

Railgun, as a Christian- when people say- “You believe some crazy stuff.” I just agree because there is some wild stuff in the Bible. I do think there is life somewhere else but I think it might just be microorganisms. And as someone with mental illness, I am very fascinated with the concept and how it effects people- like people who have intense alien beliefs.

I'm a Christian and I believe in aliens, bigfoot and lake monsters. The Bible is the story of MAN'S salvation, just because it doesn't mention aliens, etc, doesn't mean that they're not real. I mean, the universe is vast and complicated, and we will never reach the end of it. God created us, but who's to say there isnt another species out there that he created? C.S. Lewis's novel "Out of the Silent Planet" explores this concept. Christians can still wonder, Christian's can still be curious. Just open ur mind!

Just a general note: you are one of the best KZreadrs I've ever watched. There's just a genuine, natural intelligence and humour that you have that is just really appealing to tune into. Really interesting topics, too.

I actually worked with a lady that talked about a similar or possibly this event and I was curious to go but never have. She claimed to be alien and she gets picked up in the Nevada desert yearly and travels home and invited me.... I also didn’t attend that one.

I was there at this exact conference. My friend asked me to go and it was my first time ever ever ever doing any such thing. Ever. Your reporting isn't as nonbiased as you would like it to be, but i get it..... I too had near the exact experience with some of the same people. But I'm also like an experiencer on steroids and know what to compost and what to recycle. 89% didn't resonate with me but the part that did was helpful. True story.... After never having publicly touched anything like this.... 1 year later I'm a guest speaker and your video just helped me understand the importance of saying yes to something that I probably wouldn't have 2 years ago. We were at the same place at the same time but I'm only seeing you here now probably for the most accurate resonance. I was only added to the itinerary yesterday. This perspective helps me understand what another sees and hears. Thanks! Also it's online and only 40 bucks I think. You should think of giving it a whirl this year too. Maybe.

My girlfriend and I are currently planning out a tour schedule for this year of paranormal and cryptid cons on the east coast, and most of them tend to be exactly as you described. They’re rarely well advertised and often have just a Facebook or years old free website. A lot of cons also tend to be just one or two days. Paranormal conventions tend to be cheaper than UFO Cons, some of the ones I’ve been to are as low as $20. The better ones aren’t necessarily more expensive- you want to look for big names in the industry. Some cons have tv ghost hunting celebrities and those ones are interesting because some consider them the best conventions and others consider those conventions to be frauds. Other cons will have a bunch of just plain celebrities and I’d avoid those if your looking for a realer experience since those just become pop culture conventions a lot of the time. A lot of the cons also feature after hours content like ghost or bigfoot hunts and medium readings. Some say on their website that they don’t allow recording and it depends on the attendees how you’ll be treated even if filming is allowed- some really love the camera and a chance to put their story out there but others get very suspicious and closed off. By the way, almost every convention is called Paracon but they’re mostly individuals conventions.
