It’s probably because she is thinking of the outcome/consequences from this makeup, and how long it’s gonna take to undo the trauma to her skin and sanity. I would be consistently think during the process of this train wreck “How the fuck am I going to fix this and the acne/skin damage fallout?” Oh God, I’m thinking of it now all the clogged pores, pimples, blackheads, dry skin or even reactionary oily skin, etc. I would need therapy and dermatologist appointments.

Oh God this scenario is real. It was my graduation and my friend hired a make up artist. My skin color is fair and that make up artist made me bronze, he literally used 1 shade of foundation to us, it matches my friends skin color but not with me. Gladly, I was able to redo my foundation before the ceremony started.
