I wish more people would show that side of themselves and be real that it’s not always sunshine and rainbows; that every now and then you need to do something to surround yourself with what made you want to commit to it in the first place! I love your videos. I’m not a magician but it makes me want to check out FISM sometime in my life! And witnessing this little journey makes me want to get back to basics with my own hobbies! i love coming back to this channel every now and then just to have my mind impossibly blown repeatedly. magic really is just slight of hand, misdirection, and a healthy understanding of physics, but it is so amazing how far people are able to progress such a skill. Ive studied chemistry, biology, physics, and pretty much any type of math you could name. I still sit in awe at the spectacles they perform. For all my science i couldn't even begin to explain how the majority of these tricks are accomplished. That to me is the most magical part, it makes me feel like a kid again to watch magic, kinda fills me with a childlike wonder of the world. Thanks for the awesome vids chris, keep up the hard work man!

It's amazing that even though you can see all of the coin flip guy's tricks when you go frame by frame, his slight of hand is still so fast and his misdirection is so clever that it is still amazing.

Chris this was an amazing video! I too started learning from channels including yourself years ago but lost my passion for magic because of COVID. I still love it and I can feel the spark coming back through videos like these, and luckily I found another passion through music that got me through COVID but your videos still never disappoint me. Thanks for everything

Thank you for sharing! This is why I fell in love with magic and you just reminded me! I started doing magic because of a girl, just like a stereotypical guy and just stuck with me, I was watching other channels, but never did magic afterwards to anyone, until I came across your channel and what you taught, not exactly the methods, magic, thank you for that, but the principles and the values. My country never really had a culture in magic, probably never will! If not for the internet, I couldn't have brought some of the books you recommended back in the old days, remember? Yes, I went and ordered some of them, some are really expensive, so you know. Bottom line is: Thank you!

I know it sounds cheesy, but most of our lives are 99% routine and chore. But the fact that an instant of puzzlement can stick in your mind, even if you know the method, makes this such a special form of art. It can be such a potent and wonderful relief from the confines of reality. The joy of childhood in a moment.

Magic only happens if youre not on your own. Doing it on your own in front of a mirror is good for practice and to give you the angle the audience will see, but the real magic is the joy, awe and bewilderment of someone else. It was good to see smaller illusions and daily carry effects here in your clips. I used to think that knowing how something works would spoil my enjoyment, but with watching skilled performers doing really slick and smooth effects still has me in awe and glee.

Definitely gotta do more puzzle boxes and magic, or escape rooms. It would also be cool if you could do bigger boxes like the multi box that you did where one led to the other and they all tied into each other

I appreciate your outro on this video. I've been a subscriber for YEARS. I don't remember how many subs you had at the time but it was well before a million. I was messed up on drugs, struggling to get clean. I laid on a couch for like 2 weeks to get through the withdrawals. All I had to entertain me was a deck of cards. I've been a fan of magic my entire life....trying to learn some new stuff, I was digging into KZread videos and came across your channel..... instantly I was hooked. Luckily, I'm a fan of puzzles as well, so it didn't bother me when your channel leaned that direction, but it's been this way for so long now that I forgot why I was a fan of yours to begin with. Keep up the puzzle stuff for sure, but never forget your roots. In a way, your magic and meeting all your friends in videos to follow online as well got me through some hard times. I hope you never lose the spark. My grandfather did magic....the time we spent together was special. In a way, the time I've spent watching you was also...He always said "Tricks are just illusions, but the magic of it is real!" Keep up the great content Mr. Ramsey!

I don’t know that you’ll ever see this comment, Chris, but thank you for this video. I genuinely am having one of the worst and most painful days of my life and seeing the outro to this video and that section with the magicians from Spain helped me come back a little. That piece with the pencil and the heartbeat reminded me why being human with each other is so important. Why connecting with people matters. The world has been so isolating and lonely for the last few years with the global pandemic that it was so easy to lose passion and lose that spark that made us wonder at the world again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for reminding me what it’s like.

Dude, so many of us came out of this past 2 years more secure and emotionally sensitive humble compassionate people. We.... Some of "WE" have become more humble deeply within our hearts and we're not afraid to express it outward and shed a tear if we feel it. Overall our heart are full with so much more gratitude. We see how extremely blessed we are and are paying it forward however we can. It may just simply be kind words or a kind gesture. Connection is the solution to everything! Believe it, Love it, Be it & the world will See it & so on & so fourth we are synchronicity & we're changing the world. All we have is this very moment. Live in the spontaneity of life you never know where your inspiration will take you .
