Flat out awesome video !!!!! The Brazil series is great to see . It gives our people on the African continent a point of view that’s hard to explain from Africans in the diaspora. The Brazilian experience is so unique because they speak Portuguese. It’s hard for brother’s and sisters to connect with them from the US due to the language barrier. We are slowly connecting with those in Latin America with the Spanish language. One love from the US . Great work Wode Maya

actually many africans, specially the Angolans, Cape verdians and Mozambicans has very strong ties with brazilians, many brazilian words even derivate from Bantu languages , which makes even cooler experience, because in Brazil you can easily hear even Brazilians with german/polish roots speaking bantu words such as Caçula , Xingar, muleke, Babaca, fuzuê, xodó, zonzo, cachaça, Muvuca... etc

This was awesome Maya. Probably the best video I have seen. The only downside was how Africa has been presented to some of them. I believe it is time to show them the Africa they do not Know. Keep up the good work and I hope we connect (waiting for a response from Dominic).

You’re doing great Wode. You’ll need to complete your trip to Brazil by visiting the state of Para, Belem specifically. It’s the entrance to the Amazon. Lots of Black people from Benin, Ghana, Nigeria, Angola, Mozambican etc. I’ll be much ready to be your tour guide. Rooting for you brother.
