Your voice is as beautiful as your Banjo playing. Think I must have watched most of your videos around 100 x each. If I haven't played my Banjo in a while, you are what inspires me. Keep up the good work Meredith, you are one of youtubes greatest! Best wishes, Will (UK)

Man I'm so tired of having to explain this... I ALSO suffer from sleep paralysis... I wrote that on my ceiling above my bed as a theraputic measure.

I get it really bad too. It’s from narcolepsy. It use to scare the heck out of me. But over the years I’ve learned to relax and lucid dream.

Love your arrangements Meridith keep it up. You inspire me to keep playing and striving for more... however what's with the "sleep paralysis doesnt exist" written on the wall? My partner has had it more than a few times. Odd thing to show. Anywho love you and pluck on.

Apparently there's been a few folks who are misunderstanding and questioning this; I suffer from sleep paralysis myself, and when I tell myself it doesn't exist, it doesn't happen as often. Back four years ago in the room this was filmed in, I had it written above my bed, so I'd see it as I slept.

@@meredithmoon oh interesting! That's really neat. Thanks for sharing, I didn't mean to be prying. I'm excited to share this with my partner. It's always very unnerving for her when it happens. Anyways keep up the lovely work playing and reproducing content. I love it all and I love playing along side you once I'm practiced up. All the best Meridith, you're great.
