1.The way Steve was standing with a support, reminds me of Agent Daniel Sousa from "Agent Carter". 2.The monster might be " The Hive", as we saw in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. that Hydra always tried to bring a tentacle god from another dimension.

During the scene where Steve and Peggy were drinking, Peggy accidentally said "you're my hero" to Steve and she gets embarrassed but then Steve chuckles and says "You're my hero too" which causes Peggy's pupils to dilate, showing that she Loves Steve. While this isn't a surprise, it shows how much attention they paid to making the series.

I think Howard making the “Iron man” suit was a great callback to iron man II when tony is watching old tapes of his father and Howard says “I am limited by the technology of my time” once he has the tesseract he had the technology

​@@tihcnas0 If you look in Avengers you will notice that SHIELD has possession of the Tesseract. It makes more sense to hand it over to SHIELD than leave it to a Howard. The government knew it was to dangerous to hand over to a man that works solo and definitely wouldn't have let him experiment with it given what had just happened with it

what I love most about the episode is that they actually used the real actors for their character voices (except for Skinny Steve). I hope they do this in every episode.

In this universe he thinks he's nothing without the suit as well. In the main timeline Tony proves he's the ultimate hero, so imagine what Steve could do here too.

8:35 another thing for inside the suit is that the glass that has some meters and dials on it is a layer protecting Steve’s face from the eye holes in the helmet. Also because glass is reflective you can see the eye holes when looking at Steve’s face

They really could’ve (if they wanted to) do an entire season based on each “What If…” going through how things would’ve changed not just in the one movie the change was made in, but all of the films following it

The way the Marvel Studios Logo becoming animated at the end of the intro was a nice touch to show that this show is still Canon but animated

They are all in some way cannon and can both be and not be in the earth 616 timeline, the MCU and comics earth.

When the book with the tesseract picture is shown (talked about in 6:22), the pages are written in italian. The phrase is literally translatable as "The hypercube is the real shape of the space stone". What "space stone" is referring to is not THE Space Stone, but a stone that has "space" relate to it. The Space Stone in italian is not "pietra spaziale", but rather "Gemma dello Spazio". What I think is much more interesting though, is that you can read just before the picture "Non lasciare che il ragazzo viola arrabbiato tocchi questo", which means "dont' let the angry purple guy touch this"

We also can see Good man and Good Solider reference in ending. When Fury said 'you gonna be okay', Steve answered 'I had a date'. But Peggy answered 'Of course, we won the war'. This shows so much difference between Peggy and Steve.

I found a detail in captain America the first avenger that I haven’t seen anyone talk about. In the beginning when Smidt (Redskull) shoots the old man, blood gets on his Hydra pin that he has on his shirt but the blood only gets on the skull part of the hydra spin so I think that is foreshadowing that he is red skull because it made the skull part of the pin red

Also: In this universe Steve Rogers already wears an officers uniform. So in this time line he's already an officer before becoming "Captain America".

6:22 "So had Howard and Peggy learned some Norse runes, they would have known years ahead that this hypercube contains an infinity stone" The word above the figure of the Tesseract is written with futhark/asgardian runes, but the language of the book is just Italian (and the caption of the figure is in Italian too and says "The hypercube is the true form of the space stone"), even though it is a pretty bad Italian: arrangement and choice of words is not good and sometime the sentences are unconnected. It talks about nature, plants and animals, maybe it is a translation of an old existing book. I noticed some curious and strange things: • The title of the chapter (visible at the top) is "Totally ordinary cube" • The sentence right before the figure says "Don't let the angry purple boy touch it"... Thanos is that you? Did humans met Thanos in the past? • The brief sentence right after the figure says "I love you Oleah", who is him/her? • The sentences about the purple guy and Oleah are totally out of context • The paragraphs that we see before and after the figure of the Tesseract repeat also in the left page and in the next page (which we briefly see when Howard opens the book). Maybe Marvel's repeated them just to fill the pages with something? Finally, why did Marvel chose Italian? 🤔 EDIT: I found it, it is a translation of an ancient text (13th century) on Norse mythology called Prose Edda, in particular is the Prologue

True, but like Zemo said. Only one supersoldier turned out to be a good person. Peggy being less caring in how she used the shield shows that she's a murderer deep down, and that will be amplified as well. Steve murdered but only when absolutely necessary to save the vast majority. You could put Black Widow in the module and you'd still get Captain Carter because they are the same morally speaking.

I got hella goosebumps while flynn was talking about using peggy to make more serums. Cause Isaiah was the first thing in my mind after that convo.

I'm sure in every episode I'll ask myself questions like "what's going on with the rest of the avengers in this timeline?"

It's a minor detail but I think it's still a pretty cool one: In the scenes where Steve holds his cane, it's on his uninjured side as it should be in real life. A lot of people make the mistake of using their assistive device on the affected side which can lead to postural deviations and compensatory motions down the line.

So Loki showed us that the past, present and future aren’t so much a “when” but more like “where” which gives our reality a physical embodiment that can be accessed and traversed. The Tesseract should be able to teleport the user to different times on the time stream. Like Uatu said, time is not a linear path. The way He Who Remains was able to exist outside the timeline shows reality to us as something you can enter and exit right; and visualizing the flow of existence as pretty much a roll of film allowing one to essentially rewind, fast forward, play, stop, pause and experience anywhere in our existence at our leisure. I think that’s how they’re gonna justify the Space Stone appearing to travel through time rather than trying to swim through the current of the time-stream.

For Peggy’s reaction of taking offense to her blood being taken, I feel that you misinterpreted this. She is offended because the Colonel accused her of not being a Super Soldier only because she is a woman. I don’t see her taking offense to her blood being used, since she was consenting to it already. That being said, I LOVE your videos. Keep them coming!

yeaah. That was such a weird interpretation. She took offense because he was dismissing her capabilities because she was a woman. Besides, it's a given that Peggy was totally on board with making more super soldiers. Suddenly being self-centered and wanting to be the only super soldier around is out of character for Peggy. At the very least, she'd want Steve to be a super soldier too.

I love steve in this, he gets his only chance to fight taken away and he doesn't resent Peggy for being what he couldn't

Bro, I love your work and keep doing what you are doing right now. Man, I have something to share so before the nexus event everything was going according to the actual timeline but in the actual timeline red skull took the tesseract before Steve joined the Army but here it's not.

I think my favourite detail is the subtle change in Peggy’s voice once she has undergone the procedure.

Peggy killed more in a day than Steve ever killed in his whole life. 😂

You missed a lil detail in the scene where they're planning the assault on hydras Castle. On the map of Europe behind Peggy, there is no Sicily. They just forgot to add it in!

You just earned my subscribe with that creativity remark on the nearly infinity ♾️ possibility "What if..?" can generate for characters, timelines, & the whole IP. It's a monumental win for fans & creators of all levels.

This shows really gives us a lesson that small things can change everything. That's why I love marvel

Just a minor speculation, but I feel like this version of Peggy is way stronger than Steve during when he was first given the serum, but if you think about it, it would make sense. In the 1940s pre-serum, Steve was a pretty weak guy and Peggy herself was pretty strong before the serum so it would make sense that she’s slightly stronger.

I like this channel, but I noticed that sometimes the implied meaning of dialogue goes right over his head. Peggy didn’t get mad at Colonel Flynn’s comment because she didn’t want him to use her blood to recreate the super soldier serum. She got mad because Colonel Flynn was implying that she was not a ‘real’ super soldier just because she was a woman. (4:16) I still like this channel, and I am glad that it exists, but I wondered if anyone else had noticed the same thing.

6:28 Not sure they would know about the Infinity Stones and even if they did, earthlings could literally do nothing about them at that point in time And considering the stone inside the Tessaract is the _space_ stone it's very possible (and most likely the case) that they interpreted "Space Stone" as "a stone from space" So at best they could have made a theory about how there's a mineral out there with the capabilities of the Tessaract, but that's really it

I didn’t think about Bucky not becoming the Winter soldier, in episode 2 of What If King T’Cakka is still alive but I was confused cuz I thought he died in Civil War still thank you Canadian Lad for clearing that up

You are really amazing, after watching this episode i wasnt much happy to something like this coming from marvel.......but just showed how good it is. btw 7:25 is mine fav. Too

I think in loki episode 1...it was really captain Carter (Peggy) whom TVA arrested in the background because of that "I'll stay" decision, which created a branched timeline as we saw in what if episode 1.

Marvel's animators: why the hell do we put so much effort into creating realistic animated scenes you only perceive in slow motion if no one notices or takes us seriously? Lad: fine, I'll do it myself

"Take off that suit and what are you?" "I'm just a kid from Brooklyn"

I hope they do this series justice they've got real potential here. I loved the 1st episode.
