The most emotional part for me was Vision decaying out of the Hex and crying - "Help! The people need help!" That was selflessness, heroism and grief rolled into one.

I almost cried with that scene. Vision is a truly hero, even when he doesn't remember being one, is in his deep nature. And at this point they let us make such a link with Vision, knowing him much better... Damn, if they kill him again I'm going to cry a river!

I believe that's because, like everyone else in the town that Wanda talks to, Pietro is a reflection of something Wanda is thinking. And if you don't remember, Wanda doesn't quite think of Pietro like a brother.

Pietro's job wasn't to make her sad, it was to "give her grief." That means make her life more difficult, not literally giving her something to grieve over

I can't help but think that this might be some wordplay. So much about this show seems to revolve around Wanda's attempt to hide from her grief. To me, Pietro seems to be doing both. Making her life difficult by reminding her of their childhood, his death, Vision's death, and everything she is doing to the Westviewers. He is both literally and figuratively "giving her grief."

Notice how pietro seems very aware of how his words affect wanda. He may have purposefully pissed her off at the end to make her tap into her powers even further. He might even have appeared with the bullet wounds on purpose to trigger her.

He did say that in the order of his script he had to give her grief at the end, but he also said he was there and that it was his script because *she* wanted that. Does that mean the people who are giving her grief, such as Vision appearing dead, that it's actually something Wanda wants so she can use her sadness like fuel to keep the town going? After all, being sad/depressed can actually become an addiction.

Agnes, Herb, Dottie, and the commie dude are all witches and they are feeding on Wanda's power to attempt to summon Cthithon, Nightmare, Mephisto. I'd imagine since Wanda's reality altering powers come from Cthithon, and he is the god of chaos, I am unsure why they would skip right over him. No one has even mentioned him, but he's right below Mephisto on the power scale.

Agnes said Wanda doesn't even let the people think about leaving, so Agnes is probably from outside Westview like it's mentioned in this video. And she did ask Vision for help and said they were all basically f*cked because he couldn't remember anything about the Avengers.

Every time someone makes Wanda remember her close one who died, she sees their corpses. First she saw Vision's corpse and now Pietro's... Edit: She might summon her parents in this sitcom and we might see the actual reason of their death

Maybe Nightmare is both Agnes and Pietro. Since in the comics, Nightmare feeds on fear (like pennywise or freddy) and it makes him stronger. So he uses a dead Vision and Pietro to make her scared and gives him more power

This proves nothing in my opinion. I have a brother and he doesn't go around telling me "I'm your brother". Why should he say that? We both know that we're siblings. If you have siblings, how often does one of you say to the other "I'm your brother/sister"? I bet the number of times is pretty low. So Pietro not saying he's Wanda's brother in a particular scene doesn't mean he isn't her brother (or doesn't think he's her brother).

I think I have found an alternative answer to the problem of wanda not controlling the people near the outside. Its not because she isn't able to, but because she dosent need to. They're extras they don't need to act that much, they just need to be there in the background. She didn't put kids in the first few episodes because she didn't need to, they didn't affect her. This shows that she isn't a perfectionist and that she is going to mess up at some point and everything is going to go wrong.

Love how so many predictions were wrong. They really led everyone on, that’s how you do a show. Slow setups with surprising reveals. Not saying Canadian Lad was wrong but that everyone thought it was gonna be one thing and not another

When decaying out of the hex, vision said " help ! THE PEOPLE NEED HELP !" So pure and selfless. No wonder he was worthy to lift mjolnir ❤️

The creepy “Yo-Magic” yogurt commercial is an allegory to Vision’s reality. When he steps outside of the hex or outside of Wanda’s domain, he starts to disintegrate. Similar to the cartoon child in the commercial, Vision starts to decay once he cannot access the magic inside of the hex (presented in the commercial as a yogurt container).

The commercial represents people dying become they can’t get past “yo magic”. The label was red. Like Wanda and or mephistos magic. The boy couldn’t get past the label and therefore was drained and died.

I agree that he’s probably not her brother but I’m curious as to why Mephisto wouldn’t take on the form of her ACTUAL brother if the purpose was to trick and manipulate her. Why make it harder on himself by coming in an alternate-universe form?

This episode has several heartbreaking moments....when Vision is breaking apart and screaming for someone to help the residents, that really got me. SWORD agents standing around, while Vision is disintegrating and his only concern is helping the people of the town.

When Pietro says, “It’s not like your dead husband can die twice,” Wanda DID see Vision die twice in Infinity War. The first when she had to kill him herself and the second time was moments later when Thanos brings him back and rips out the mind stone.

the point was that there was no way pietro could know that vision died cos his death took place years after pietro died. pietro didn't mention any other events post-ultron so how did he know vision died? on top of that, what he said was wrong. as you pointed out, vision *did* die twice so he should had said "it's not like your dead husband can die _three_ times." which makes what he said even more sus... like he obviously knows more than he should so why misdirect?

Something I noticed is that in episode four while Darcy and the others are being transported to sword she says we have a full clown car, foreshadowing how in episode six swords camp turns into a circus when it’s swallowed by the hex

Actually an interesting thought, though it could mean many things. In the comics Wanda and the Avengers clashed violently several time including deaths in the Avengers part. You never know Wanda might experiment with more pocket universes of multiverses

The thing about "the Incredibles" playing at the theatre is more than just 'a family of superheroes': waaaay back in Age of Ultron, when we're being introduced to Wanda and Pietro, Agent Hill is trying to describe the new threat to another agent, she says "One of them is superfast, the other is super weird" which is a direct quote from Incredibles' description of the two kids.

When Pietro is sleeping, I think Billy is afraid because he can feel something is not adding up with his uncle

My Theory: I believe that Mephisto, Nightmare or whoever the villain is, took on the disguise of an alternate universe Quicksilver (most probably Fox's X-Men universe) and is trying to use Wanda's powers for his/her evil plan involving the Multiverse. After this, maybe Doctor Strange will come to help her, leading to the Multiverse of Madness. Due to some Multiverse shenanigans, alternate universe's Spider-Man villains will come to the MCU and when this happens, Peter will probably turn to Strange for help, who'll later help Wanda as mentioned earlier. It'll be awesome to see Wanda in Spider-Man 3's post credit scene, turning up at Strange's door and both of them then teaming up in Doctor Strange 2.

"XY as (insert character name)" was used on TV shows for actors who only guest starred or played notable secondary characters, while main cast of the show got only mentioned by their names without stating whom they're playing. Which actually makes sense for Pietro - the other's are the main cast, he's just a guest star.

It's interesting how in the intro Pietro is credited as "himself", unlike everyone one else, as though they are deliberately trying to make us believe that he is Pietro and not anyone else.

If we stick to the movies and series yes Wanda and quicksilver are enhanced humans. They were modified to have powers. If we stick to the comics they are mutants with the x gene, so yes they were mutants. These “changes” happened to deadpool too, sometimes these are just movie choices (in the movie deadpool has an x-gene meanwhile in the comics deadpool is an enhanced human, not a mutant). 🙂

Agree, I suspect she was trying to escape, but Wanda “trusts” her and refuses to let her leave, hence she got so far then just froze as Wanda does not want her to leave. Up to this point she has not been under “control”, or if she has, she has been able to keep a degree of her memories, and this is really the first point where we see she is being controlled

Remember all the characters that are frozen just background characters and the main character seem to be more self-aware so it’s possible they give them more control

The ad seems like a reference to Hydra's experimentation with the mind stone. The ad says "Yo Magic, the snack for survivors" which might mean that the survivors of the experiments (Wanda and Pietro) obtained powers

Two possible explanations 1: Wanda's original script for the episode didn't include Pietro so it was a quick fix 2: Pietro isn't some villain in disguise and is actually the Quicksilver from the X-Men cinematic universe

@@MegaMew204 don't forget, he did say the most strangest thing even at the beginning I think that Wanda can only control the ones who are alive because vision and quicksilver is dead and I have a theory that the deal between mesphisto and Wanda is that she gets to have her whole reality w/ vision if he gets tommy and billy and it worked. So if that's true then that might be the reason why Wanda doesn't have full control over billy and tommy. Let's just wait for a whole week for the next episode

Wow. Such analytically depth. Its like the writers did it to send a message. Wow

A couple things I noted; 1) the previous episode Vision asks why there aren’t any other kids. The very next episode Wanda shoots a Halloween episode with a bunch of kids but where did they come from? Did she create them? Or take them from a nearby town? 2) quicksilver I think was brought in by SWORD to probe Wanda, how did SWORD get him? I’m assuming either another upcoming marvel movie will expand on this or possibly this show in a later episode. However, I would imagine something similar to Spidrman Homecoming 3) thirdly vision getting destroyed outside the barrier might indicate that his physical form can only exist inside the barrier. OR that it’s not actually vision and only his subconscious or something. This would explain why he doesn’t remember anything. Overall I’m very surprised how good this show is so far!

I think the Commercial with the shark actually refers to the loop, he couldn't open the can because he is stuck in a loop like the westview people

I haven't seen it mentioned much, but the scene where Pietro causes a flashback to the "time they got typhoid" and they were trick or treating as kids, Wanda was put off by it. Not only was she not in control of that flashback, she says "That's not exactly how I remember it." It's also a sign that this Pietro that came to her after being "called" is definitely not who he says he is, but he also has more influence than he's letting on.

Also in Ep. 6 when Wanda was talking about a weird kid at their orphanage, she said the kid had a weird skin thing, that could be an easter egg to Toad, some versions of Toad had him with weird skin.

This episode was insane🤯 Vision breaking thru the barrier and literally starting to fall apart but still saying “the PEOPLE need help” instead of “I need help” broke my heart, he’s so pure 🥺 and the S.W.O.R.D agents arresting Darcy instead of helping him made me so mad 😤

I think the commercials are Wanda's subconscious finding ways to bring up the past she tries to suppress to show that she can't hide from her past and that it will always stay with her in some ways no matter what EP6) YOMAGIC! Yogurt- The commercial says that YOMAGIC! (or just simply 'magic') is the snack for survivors. Wanda and Pietro were the only survivors of Strucker/Hydra's experiments and the only two who left with the magic of the stone. It can also be a nod to Wanda's youth on the streets with her brother as hungry children before they were old enough to join Hydra EP5) Lagos paper towels- Acknowledging the incident in Lagos as a mess that she did not mean to make and that if she had the proper tools she could have cleaned it up better EP4) No commercial because we were back in MCU reality EP3)Hydra Soap- A nod to Wanda's ability to read minds and her want to escape to a place away from her reality (Also a nod to Agents of Shield) EP2) Strucker watch (with 'Hydra' on the watch face)- She and Pietro's time being watched by Strucker under Hydra in Winter Soldier EP1) Stark Toaster- Ticked for an uncomfortable amount of time like the Stark bomb that she and Pietro were trapped with and ticked but never went off

I found something new in episode 6, when Wanda was talking to Pietro. The background song sounded like a game I used to play, Virtual Villager. When the game has like a pop up choises, that sound plays. So this maybe a reference to the whole Hex is virtual/unreal.

The more I hear people pointing out details about Pietro, the more I distrust him. Also, has anyone noticed that since he’s been around, Agnes hasn’t mentioned her husband Ralph??

@Isaiah Stovall I think she was faking being frozen to get Visions' attention and push him further. After all, if everyone that far out is frozen, how did she drive her car out that far? Also while everyone was frozen, she was still able to talk, albeit very little but still more than the rest of the townspeople out that far. She was nowhere near as panicky when Vision "freed" her from Wanda, and was more concerned in cementing who Vision is (being an avenger) as opposed to her own well being or any loved ones or just begging to be freed. Then when she was put back in the spell, that witch like cackling felt very telling. As well as she was able to turn around her car by crossing Ellis St (which Wanda is implying is the boundary) as opposed to just backing up, which I think is more hinting that she has more control than she lets on. Of course it could be red herrings, could be me looking more than it is... but fun to think about.

From the beginning something seems to want to lure the boys there was actually a theory that the pets could have been Mephisto. Let's take the dog for example Mr. Scratchy (another name for the devil btw) is constantly getting out and escaping and the twins actually mention something about the dog begging them to come outside... So I think something or someone is trying to lure Wanda's kids away. It could be Mephisto it could be something else but I think it's something that is taking the form of animals and Petro because once the dog died Petro immediately came back...

At 4:16 this scene also has the same vibe in Quicksilver and Magneto in Prison Break scene in X-men: Days of future past at Elevator when Pietro changes outfit and Magneto got surprised. This proves that they're really a family
