Yeah, I’ve seen a lot of people reacting to the movies or shows and they do the exact same thing, it’s not like they can watch the WHOLE movie due to copyright, although i don’t get how they get through copyright infringement when it comes to reactions, but yeah i have no problem with someone talking during a movie, it’s a REACTION video not a watch along video, and plus there is this thing now called, STREAMING! So i don’t know why it bothers some people, you can watch the whole movie in your spare time without any disruptions.

I’ve never recognized the principle’s physical features, but I know her voice! She’s Eda in The Owl House, Bojack’s mom in Bojack Horseman, Chicha (Pacha’s wife) in Emperors New Groove (all by extension all media tied to that universe like Kronk’s New Groove and the Emperor’s New Groove TV series), and Burdine in all the Bratz movies. I’m also pretty sure she was Sylvia in NCIS: New Orleans.

I have vivid memory of my younger brother as a toddler singing Three Little Birds and Hot N Cold while watching this movie, riffs and all. Now he’s 15. Whew. Crazy that Bridgit Mendler, Alexandra Shipp, and Aimee Carrero’s careers all took off and they’re just saying random throwaway lines in this movie. Also, I’ve been wondering forever what lights you got hooked up back there!

I honestly would’ve liked it if the plot were more like this: Alvin, Simon, and Theodore are going to school. But maybe instead of a human oriented school, it’s a school where we see more of the world building. A world where animals can secret learn to talk like how animals can secretly learn to talk in Paddington. Maybe you can make it where Alvin wants the spotlight as it makes him feel happy and feel like something more. Rules for him are like restrictions that interfere with a creative atmosphere. Not to mention that it’s a private school that they have to attend. So now, Alvin feels like he’s a step backwards from where he was. Luckily for him though, a Raccoon named Rich sees Alvin, and offers him a spot to be in a band at a bar for animals. Their dynamic will be like John Silver and Jim Hawkins from Treasure Island where Rich acts as a father figure to Alvin. Who feels upset that he doesn’t have Dave to talk to because of him being at the hospital. This causes Simon to be suspicious of Alvin’s behavior and wonders what’s going on, only for Alvin to continue to deflect from the conversation. He knows that if he told Simon about this to begin with and if he found out, he would forbid him from being in this new band any longer. The whole plot with Ian taking in the Chipettes can be the same, but make it in a way where Brittany is more sassy than how she is here. In the 80s cartoon, she was a real sass-pot! Also, kind of keep it where Brittany sees the rest of the Chipmunks, especially Alvin, as a big wall getting in the way of “their” spotlight and shine to fame. And Ian’s brainwashing tactics accelerates her competitive nature. And so, with this on board, also have it where Ian puts the Chipettes in some of the performances Alvin and his pals are headlining in, to collect a few pennies along the way before really going big! This keeps it to where both sides get equal screen time. I’m not sure how it would end yet, but it’s a rough idea of how the plot would go. Something to where we get to explore more talking animals that are starting out in the human world, but keep the central theme of music present in the script. Something where Alvin has to chose between work, or family. And ultimately, wisely choosing the latter!

You know what say what you want about Alvin and the chipmunks but the CGI holds up it makes you really reflect where did 2023 go wrong with CGI look at transformers rise of the beast CGI was a little rough on the edges. There are some things that felt green screened or some things that felt a little out of place and that needed a lot more work, what was the blame for this possibly visual effects artist being overworked it really makes you appreciate how much these people put an effort, no matter how small or how big the project might be I don’t know

The Squeakquel is so good! Definitely do Chipwrecked next and hopefully do Top Gun and then Top Gun Maverick, one of the actors who was in the Divergent franchise was in that, too. #bingers

Chipwrecked does really well showing the Chipmunks and Chipettes relationship more similar to how it is in the cartoons. The third film has some very, very cheesy moments, but its a well down film. #bingers Fred Claus, dont recall if youve seen it but it is a great christmas movie.
