Hello Mam, I also had a dream of becoming an IAS but somehow due to my Phd degree I could not devote the much required time and effort. The seed of becoming an IAS was planted in my heart at quite a later stage when I was already at a threshold of my career.. Now my age is 34 .. I was also an average student . Some how took admission engineering college in information technology but I didn't like that then I start preparing for government job for SBI SO IT Officer AND SBI PO ... I got selected in both in thefinal year of my graduation... Thankyou god for pushing me up..
Same happened with me... I was a average student and now a higher judicial officer with 1st rank... when people put you down ...God pulls you up...

Yes and I would add her parents must have been very patient too...we mess up our kids by putting stress on them when they falter with grades. Here inspite of the world telling her daily that you are a loser the parents must have been nuetral enough.

This story is related to me somehow because when i was in 10th class one of my teacher said that you never pass the english exam in matriculation and she said this thing in whole class and from that day i started cocentrate on my studies and fortunately i achieve 95 out of 100 marks so never feel yourself as unusual work hard and later it will pay for you..

Teachers need to first educate themselves as they have a strong impact on the minds of young children. Also I think it is important for all of us to be proud of our mother tongue and our accent. All languages are equally good .

Same thing happened to me.. Iam a Grade-I Govt scientific officer today.. My mantra is "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF" "NOTHING IS UNREACHABLE OR UNACHIEVABLE" "At-last A human only can achieve these human made ranks" Nothing is bigger than "You" People will call it Luck when u achieve it..only you know the pain and hardwork you put into it. Just don't care what others think Because they might be thinking the same that what you are thinking about them... All the best

Awesome!! This video took my breath away. What struck me most was the play of emotions on your face, voice and eyes, you were living every moment! When you narrated the artist incident I felt as if I was there too, and was this my best question gave me goosebumps! Who says you are an ordinary girl? You can never be ordinary, what confidence, what delivery, what connect! I am a personality trainer but Madam you are phenomenal. This can motivate even a tree I feel! Also I love your other videos!
