    By the time I was born, my dad, uncle, grandpas, and great grandpas had all gone bald. No females in the family have any thinning hair. Three boys born to my parents and one has perfect hair in 50s and the other two started balding in early teens and bald on top by mid 20s. We all look quite alike otherwise. Lifestyle wise, the one with hair ate close to vegetarian growing up, otherwise pretty similar. But I know lots of bald vegetarians and I've been one since 22.... I've been doing infrared light therapy for a long time (for general mitochondrial health and melatonin production...especially during winter months--I've got two 50w led bulbs, a hat, and a body wrap), and if there is a new hair I can't find it, but it does seem to significantly reduce recovery time from workouts and injuries...

    Kinda stupid video but I appreciate you highlighting those studies and the effort you put into it. The reason I say this is mainly because you promoted the products. For all you know it could be speeding up baldness and you just have good genetics.

    If you're talking about transgender-men and transgender-women, yes. But that is a conflict between biological sex and gender. Other genetic conditions exist, like Klinefelter syndrome where a male is born with XXY chromosomes, or Trisomy X where a woman is born with XXX chromosomes.

Only expensive shampoos with biotin holding my hairs in the right place +- )) But yours shampoo is just another level, hairs became much stronger on the head. It had all what i want- biotin, saw palmetto, rosmarine and many others natural ingredients and is three times cheaper than my... Thank You!

    Let's be honest guys if you got the short end of the stick, you'll need to get on a 5 alpha reductase inhibitor like finasteride asap. None of these natural supplements will have any significant effect unless you're blessed with god tier hair genetics like Pigmie. When I was little I used to think you either go bald or you don't, but it's much more complicated than that. As I started thinning in my late late thirties I've done some researching and learned it's more like a spectrum often referred to as the Norwood Hamilton scale. I'm now 41 and on finasteride and rocking a Norwood 2 with some diffuse thinning which I'm fine with, sure I'd like thicker hair but unless it's blessed with Pigmie level hair genetics don't waist your money on natural supplements.

    Did you do a full bloodwork profile before hoping on fin? I was recommended to do that first (by Derek from MPMD), so you know your baseline. Except the full test with all markers is near $1k or so, so I put it off. You need to know this in case you decide fin is not for you, and you need to adjust the levels back to normal. I'm also afraid of sides, and potentially post-fin syndrome, if I decide to get off

  • @AndreasHamberg

    @AndreasHamberg

    Жыл бұрын

    @@SteveJonesOwnsDSP I did in fact, but only because of my bodybuilding endeavours. All tho over here you can get a comprehensive blood panel for 150$. But in my opinion it’s over kill, as fin is a FDA approved treatment used since 1997. There will always be outliers not suited for a particulate treatment but that the amount of fear mongering surrounding post fin is ridicules. You don’t hear people refusing penicillin treatment even tho there is a 10% chance of you being allergic to it, which is a far greater number compared to fin.

    Or topical android receptor antagonists which block DHT and T from binding to the hair follicles and make it look better as a result from my experience, with the approach of a medical study. One called KX-826 is currently being developed and tried in China and the US and it seems to be going pretty good so far. The systemic exposure and therefore tolerance to the treatment is supposed to be much lower than 5ar inhibitors which work systemically. They definitely can cause hormonal imbalance and a very wide spectrum of issues but I'm glad you can tolerate it - I can't.

My grandpa was bald at his early 18's and i saw pictures of him being in the greek army at the age 18 and he was completely bald basically a horse shoe haircut and a bit of a moustache. now me, i have a full beard at age 18, for me it took 2 years longer to get it but i'm receding since the age of 16 and now basically I'm fcked. Awesome that you got to keep your hair. I've got to say that although your shampoo and lotion might slow down hair loss. It certainly is not stopping hair loss. The reason you still have your hair is, in all likelihood, your genetics. Just wanted to throw that out there so no one thinks that this is the best protocol for hair loss prevention. Also FYI hairloss caused by stress is not permanent and will grow back when stress levels return to normal. So dont worry about that too much!

    All males are going bald. No 70 year old has the hair he had at 10. Minoxidil doesn't prevent baldness, it just thickens the hair as long as you keep using it (shreds away at the start, and fill fall out when you stop). Finasteride is prescribed to help stop balding.

    I think the maternal grandfather idea is mostly made up. I think it has a lot more to do with your parents than grandparents. Every man on my moms side is completely bald and they go bald really young too. I’m almost 30 and still have a full head of hair. You see my dads side of the family has really good hair genes. My dad didn’t even start to lose his hair until his late 50’s. I basically look exactly like my dad and my hair seems pretty much identical so I think it’s going to be the same for me. I have always been a little worried that my moms genes are going to show up and I’m going to go bald randomly but if it was all about maternal genetics I would have been bald a long time ago

    It is random man...I am a male and i am basically my mother but male. I have her hair, her face but i am 202cm tall. I am pretty confident that my hair will never fall out, because it is a womans type hair. I assume this, hoping not to jinx it, but with good nutrition and health i will be more than okay. It is up to the individual...Drink a bunch of alcohol and you are fed up my man, your scalp will be dry and all that. It is mostly up to you, but with genetics taking its role. I wanted to just say that it does not matter if it is fathers side or mothers side...Its up to you.
