The first milk (foremilk) is important because the foremilk is designed to quench the baby’s thirst. Too much of anything is not really good for the baby. But the amount of fat here is impressive. It’s also not about the amount of fat, it’s about the quality of fat. It’s best to eat fats from things like avocados, salmon, nuts and fats from healthy oils like coconut or olive oil. Eating MORE of these won’t give you more fat. Your body will produce the fattiest milks at nighttime naturally and the older your baby gets, the more fat your baby needs to hold him off for the night.

Why don't you go somewhere else with this crap?? some mums pump brestmilk, some of us cant feed from breast, some of us build a supply to give away to others. Why on earth are you so negative. Sometimes people just want to show off how amazing their body is, feeding and nourishing their baby. If this is your attitude towards a mama encouraging and showing her supply to other mamas id be willing to bet what kind of parent you'd make....
