What a beautiful sight to see AWC let you pat and play with her head for such a (relatively) long period. She was enjoying it. I think she loves you and loves the affection from you, except that she either 1. is jealous when she sees other kitties around, and 2. doesn't like to be patted in a certain way.

When i saw her off a distance flying over to you i wanted thumbs up your video right then and there but had to watch her first. So adorable and alert of her surroundings. It's like she can never really rest.

She was ok until the other cat came along. At that point i believe she became overstimulated and territorial . Unfortunately overstimulated kitties can be hard to understand. So the man’s best bet should of been to just leave the kitty alone. Beautiful cat though. Thank you to the poor man who’s hand was bleeding for feeding this poor confused kitty. 🙏🤍

AWC is aggressive in order to be streetwise. She is always happy to see people she knows, and even happier to receive food. As for physical interaction, she will tolerate a few pats but then wants her personal space respected again. She also provides us with an opportunity to observe feline aggression and avoid it. The shape of her mouth, and how she shows the inside of her mouth, when she meows aggressively is a clear giveaway.
