I wouldn’t pull anything until it is shriveled wood and dead. Sometimes they just get shocked. And drop all leaves. I don’t water the soil after up potting until a couple weeks later. After checking weight. Overwatering is your biggest enemy.

😮 we all have some failures. You're doing great. Have you tried the weight watering method? When you first make the figpop with perfectly moist medium, write the weight on the side. Only water once it is severely lighter, up to that weight and no more. Too wet is your problem. I would also avoid fish emulsion. It is possible it's introducing bacteria and fungi. -Malcolm Heath, Forest of Eden

Have you ever tried coco husk? Looks like your mix is coir or peat based. I find those can expose roots to too much water, but husk doesn't. Less die off. I get 10 or 11lb bricks off Amazon and it's not crazy expensive. Buying smaller quantities would be spendy though.

You're watering a half cup each watering? Your frequency of watering is okay, but the volume you're adding is too much. I add only about 2 oz of water to my 4x14 inch deep tree pots, approx once a week, sometimes every 10 days depending how fast they dry out. It looks like youre using the smaller/standard 9 inch deep ones, so you could probably get away with even less than I do

Somethings off early into 2024. I've had massive failures on early tomatoes and cuttings rotting or damping off with roots dissolved. It's been a very wet winter, could be the cold and fungus just loving any extra moisture. Bush determinants took fine but they're hybrids, I've been too heavy on watering as if it were summer. Dry these bad boys out, anything I planted in mulchier mix took fine but the temperature fluctuations definitely stunted them. New batches are taking well will very little water, bottom watered. I'm using the trapped humidity to water them not liquid. My peat mixes sponged on me once already.

I’ve only been bottom watering, only sprayed the top. With almost 100% success.

Test your water source….it looks like what’s happening to plants I tried to grow last year and I started them inside them put them out the water change killed them. Same water killed all the greens in the greens room.
