This video has invoked fond memories running back a whole decade that feels like last week going by way you make the story so smooth and palatable to ears. Wangige is beatiful and for those who are familiar with kitchen art go to Wangige and the market is vibrant with all types of vegetables. But if you must overstay the evening make sure you have enough gas in the tank in case there will be a chase by those hang arounds who like eating where they didn't sow meaning they might want to request you to own your car and that is to say the chase starts there if you are not willing to hand over your hard earned car. As for Loise Kim no doubt she was endowed with the kind of beauty that runs hand in hand with her music that no doubt she sings like she has sent herself to the job.

Next to Kibichiku secondary school is the home of one of the mothers who fought the Moi regime with Wangari Maathai in 1992. She lost a son and another was jailed. She is one of those who were at the freedom corner at Uhuru park and All Saints Cathedral.

@@Villagetotowntv The history is very interesting as he bought the land as he wasn't originally from this area. His family had been kicked out of the modern day Karen area and his father unalived by mzungus. His mother and two brothers came all the way to seek refuge at Kiawanugu area where they were welcomed by fellow Ndorobos who lived there. They worked hard making and selling of their handcrafts as they were very talented craftsmen and exchanged for goats the medium of exchange for that time. With time his heard grew big enough and he exchanged it for the land we are currently settled in.

If the town was named after Ngige, then it would have been called Kwa Ngige unless it was named in reference to his wife or other immediate family members.

Good videography and some informative statistics...as a way of improvement...I wish you could do more research...like why eggs?...one of Kenya's earliest chick breeders...still alive in thw area, pioneered the business. And while chief njonjos farm is large in comparison to the others.. it is far smaller than the " thousand acres" claimed in the video
